As the academic year comes to an end I have begun constructing my portfolio. Looking back on the work produced in terms of printmaking, I am extremely proud of the work and I’m excited to continue the module of printmaking so that I can progress with my ideas and grow as an artist. Centralizing my theme around the Celtic tree mysteries and the links between trees and spirituality, Here, I have experimented with the techniques and processes of etching, woodcut/relief printing, screen printing and lithography. I will post pictures of each piece once they are presented and ready for assessment within my portfolio so stay tuned.
